The flow of the book is practical and eases the reader through its contents. There are many examples of artist’s works which are accompanied with text that explains their choices and rules applied. The book is only 64 pages in total so does not go in to wordy complicated jargon about colour theory. It doesn’t get caught up in the science…which is perfect for me and there is plenty to get you thinking and considering the importance of colour in your art, which ever discipline you work in. This book is a handy size and the quality of print is great. I have read through a few times now and I am now considering my colour choices and the the reasons why. This is a super introduction to colour theory, a perfect addition to anyone’s artistic tool/kit. A book I will definitely refer to time and time again!

Concise, helpful and good value for money!
This is a very useful book with some interesting colour and mixing tips. It's not overly technical and I'm sure it will help to inspire me. A great price too!

It’s probably suited best for beginners. Good overview of the basics of colour theory with practical exercises. The book is rather small, looks more like a booklet.
