Life saver!
This has helped with my acid reflux and I don't need to take antacids after I eat anymore. I do monitor what can trigger my acid reflux (certain foods/drinks, caffeine, stress, eating habits) but if Im going out I'll take this just in case. It does have an acquired taste but you don't need alot and it helps to drink water after you take it.
