Is this the blue bottle solution like in the picture or do you get the green bottle as the results are quite different?

When I ordered it was exactly the same as in the picture... the bubbles are great... very good bubble solution

Does this work in the automatic bubble machines as well?

Hi. I haven't tried this last bottle, but in the past used Gazillion Bubble Solution in a bubbles machine with great bubbles being formed. The sort of machine is used was, however, one of those simple ones aimed at entertaining small children. Plastic, with a blower through rotating ring that get dipped in the mix. This isn't just like soapy water mixture, it's thicker which creates more bubbles that last longer too.

Can the bottle be recycled?

I did.. after i spilled the content down the drain.. Seriously, rubbish product, don't waste your money! Doesn't make any bubbles!

Has the bottle got a no-spill cap?

Afraid not!. If it tips over the liquid comes out of a 2 inch hole so there would be a big puddle very quickly. I don't let the grandchildren use it on their own, and generally end up blowing the bubbles myself, or using it outdoors in a strong breeze. The fluid works well though.
