Cute, would have liked a prettier colour
Who couldn't love this cute manatee tea infuser? It has an appealing face and the flippers hook over the lip of your mug, whilst the tail sits in your tea. The head pulls off and the body can then be filled with tea leaves. I'd have liked a slightly prettier colour, or at least a choice of colours, although the greyish shade is true to life. I'm not sure how well it will wear over time - the head and body simply pull apart and then plug back together again, so I'm not sure that it will last all that long. However I don't know as only just got it. It also has a very rubbery smell when it comes (which is fair enough since it is rubber) so you need to give it a good wash before using in tea.

Does its job, and does it well.
I bought this infuser as I didn't want the hassle of constantly cleaning my teapot everytime I wanted a keep cup of tea.So, this infuser is a God send, small enough for easy storage. But big enough to fill with loose leaf tea. It's so easy to clean and dries even quicker!Well-made, brews in minutes and doesn't effect the taste of the drink whatsoever. Not much more you could really want or ask for.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a quick cup of tea without having to worry about the cleanup.

Enjoy a Slow Brew
I love sloths and I love loose tea so what better than this little gimmick to brighten up my tea drinking. This is cute and does the job, though the holes are a little bit too big and you do end up with some tea bits in your mug but hey I have that problem most infusers/strainers so it not a problem for me.It hooks onto the side of the cup with ease but it is rather large in your mug but I don't tend to leave it in when drinking so again not a problem for me but it may be for others. One tip give it a really good wash or long soak before using as it smells strongly of rubber when you take it out the packet - or at least mine did!

Fred Manatea makes a great cup of tea!
Love my Manatea, so much so just got two more, simple to use, bit of experimenting with amounts of tea to use-its one tea spoon-too much and it does not seep out. He also benefits from a gentle squeeze of his tummy with a tea spoon' Like many trying to cut down on plastic (sadly nearly all tea bags have them) Fred is silicon and will last a long time-makes storing tea much more compact as well. Teas also seems to have more taste to it than with the bags

Not great for a normal mug!
Not great for a normal mug, needs to be a short height wide mug for it to sit inside and diffuse the tea. Quite slow at working too, leaves a weak tea unless you leave it in for 5 minutes but by then your drinks mild/fairly cold…

Relaxing Cuppa
Bought these as Christmas present for family & friends as we are all avid loose leaf tea drinkers. Great little stocking stuffers. Very good for everything except powdered teas. Because it hooks onto your mug, it stays in place, out of the way on the opposite side of your drink and doesn’t bump your nose or cause dribbles down your chin from strings and/or tags. Also very cute to look at with that relaxing smile. Quick despatch & delivery from Amazon as always. A solid recommendation.

My favourite gizmo.
I love this guy. I'll start off by saying this is the first tea infuser I've had that actually worked. It's also durable and easy to clean. Really the only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars, is that it I think the trouser legs make it a little less easy to empty the used tea. I think their "Manatea" might be a better bet if you really want the best possible ease-of-use. For me it's a worthwhile trade off. I can't help but smile at a little man reclining in my tea!

Little legs, but super cute
He's so cute! He makes a good cuppa. My only criticisms are- If you're making a black tea he doesn't leave much room for milk due to his size and where his legs begin - the water has to come quite high.- There's nothing to put him in once brewed which means you end up using plates/saucers (more washing up!)- He likes to hold onto the tea leaves in his feet. That aside he's a fab addition to our kitchen.
