Delivery time was excellent and the item was well packaged but unfortunately I had to return this item has the mode switch was not working, I reordered the Zhiyun 3 as a replacement which is a similar build which I am more than happy with

It worked really well f. I used it with my iPhone 7 plus with a thin case. I had to make small horizontal corrections almost every time I mounted the phone, but that was really very easy to use.
