Gingerbread spice
I brought this product arrived few days ago for a recipe that I'm going to make over Christmas but wanted to test it today. When I opened the packet the aroma that came out was amazing smelt exactly like a gingerbread biscuit. I only used a tea spoon as I wasn't sure how it would bake but it had a nice hit of the taste and you could still smell it after it was baked as well. Would definitely recommend if you like gingerbread flavoured items.

Gingerbread coffee
Added a little bit to my French press with the coffee, a little bit to a mug of hot chocolate, and perfect flavour without needing to pay a lot of money for a festive drink.
