Great but a little flimsy
I’m an ear cleaning fanatic and love this gadget. The only worry is that the tops are a little flimsy and could break easily which would be bad if it happened while in the ear.

Tip is Fragile
The scope worked well however the tip broke after 6-months. The tip was not able to be replaced and it took customer support over 3-weeks to respond to my e-mail by which time I had thrown away the unit. I did purchase another Bebird model which has a metal screw tip connection. I would recommend skipping this model and purchasing one with a better tip.
