The 11" long German-style chasing hammer is designed with a 1" in diameter polished steel flat, smooth face for forming, flattening, and shaping metals. Features a ball pein head on the opposite side for riveting purposes. Securely mounted onto a hardwood handle. The cross peen hammer features a cross peen chisel style face (11.5 x 3 mm) plus a round face (12 mm diameter). Ideal for flattening and planishing, and the reverse side used in forming, riveting, and texturing. Overall length: 10". Head length: 3-1/2". The 4 oz ball peen hammer is designed for shaping, flattening, and removing dents from metals and similar jewelry materials.
