Fabulous customer service
Want to say a big thank you to Monty Bojangles for excellent customer service. I recently received some chocolates in which one of the boxes was damaged. I wrote a review regarding this and thought nothing of it. Today I have received (free of charge) replacement boxes. I understand that the original issue was the delivery company and not Monty Bojangles. What a lovely gesture from a company whose chocolates are favourites of mine and many of my friends. Please do not hesitate to order from them. Lovely chocolates and lovely people. Thank you

Really nice.
First two boxes were great. But the second time I ordered, unfortunately both boxes were a solid mass of melted chocolate. Which looked awful. Glad they wasn't a gift but dissapointed as not edible. Amazon were great though and refunded me for gross ones which I had taken photos of.

Loved the gorgeous textures butdisappointed by the lack of flavour of fruit - a mere hint and a lot of imagination.Loved the packaging - very attractive.Name: Ruby Fruit Sunday .... surely 'Sundae'?

Very disappointing
The chocolate itself when it arrives undamaged and in correct quantities is nice. The box looks good, the chocolates are individually wrapped, the flavors - most of them- are lovely. My issue is that the box arrived damaged - see pics- so could not gift it, but the main problem is that only one box arrived despite the advertised 2. The advert is for 10 flavours to choose from , the one I wanted being one of 10. I would have never paid £9.90 for 1 box.

Bits of Joy in a box
The most delicious truffles, full of flavour, with a light crunch, presented in a joyous, though elegant box, just perfect as a gift but also to enjoy at home. I will most certainly buy it again.
