I brought these as part of a Christmas prezzie for my partners candy floss machine as he had tried using paper cones and round wooden sticks but he couldn't get on with them. These however are easier to use and I find easier to turn the a round stick. Perfect candy floss every-time.

These sticks have slightly rounded edges and no signs of any splinters (so far). They do their job perfectly. When making candy floss just for our daughter, we have actually washed up the stick afterwards (by hand) and it worked well the second time too.

I gave these to my grandson together with a Floss Making Machine and he was delighted.

Good for price, but did not expect to have splinters in something to sold to be used for food. Almost all the sticks are uneven and little bits of wood dangling.
