Liquid Gold; Better quality than supermarkets and saves a fortune
I initially started buying Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) in small glass bottles from the supermarket, but the cost adds up fast. Switching to this 5L Biona bulk pack was the best decision I’ve made. This is the real deal. It is raw, unfiltered, and you can clearly see the "Mother" floating at the bottom (just remember to give the container a good shake before decanting to get the good stuff!). It has that proper cloudy look and a naturally sharp-yet-sweet taste that beats the shop-bought versions hands down. How I Use It: Health Routine: I drink a mixture of this and water daily. It’s an acquired taste, but once you get used to it, you really miss it if you stop. I definitely feel less bloated and more energetic when I stick to my routine. I actually noticed that when I stopped taking it over winter, I felt sluggish and put some weight back on. Since getting back on it, I feel lighter and my energy is up. In the Kitchen: It’s fantastic for pickling (I made some gluten-free pickled eggs that turned out great) and it tastes amazing on chips or as a salad dressing with a little oil and honey. It is a fantastic pantry staple. 5L lasts for ages and it saves so much money compared to buying small bottles. Whether you use it for pH balance, weight management, or just on your chips, I highly recommend it.

Quality and value are superb!
Superb value for money. The ‘mother’ is visible in this delicious vinegar which is pleasantly naturally sweet and tart. I regularly buy ACV in glass bottles but will now switch to this for value and decant it myself. Great for making gluten free pickled eggs and using in so many ways.

Biona Apple Cider Vinegar, excellent value.
When it arrived I had to go back to Amazon to check the size. It really is 5L! And that is a lorra lorra cider vinegar! Lol! It is also organic and unpasteurised, and has the "mother" floating around in it. I am delighted with it. I take one tablespoon every morning with water and sometimes with honey, so I'm sure this quantity will last a very long time. The only downer it has is it comes in a plastic bottle! Apart from the perceived weight, I can't think of another reason why this should be so. And for that I've removed one star. Beautiful though the plastic bottle is, It would have been better in a glass bottle without the fear of the plastic gradually seeping into the vinegar... The quality of the vinegar is excellent. The price is outstanding. In fact everything about the Biona OrganicApple Cider Vinegar is outstanding and I would recommend it. But right now I have to go and look for glass bottles to pour in!

Good brand!
I drink this diluted with water and like the taste and the fact that it contains the “mother” which makes this cider vinegar more healthy! I buy this every 5 months and the 5 litres size is great value!

Love this, excellent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Love this, excellent Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, it helps me with my arthritis, which I was diagnosed with last year. I am only 32 but apparently it can happen in middle age or even from 18 onwards (although rare), but not limited to the elderly. Mine is osteoarthritis (caused from wear and tear of the cartilage of joints). I read about many claims and a book about Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural remedy for Arthritis. I started using it last year and it has really helped with the pain. It was a very slow process and slow improvement at first, but now I don't wake up with or sleep with pain anymore or feel any pain during the day, unless I skip the daily dose of apple cider vinegar with water mixture 3 x a day, a glass before each meal (after 4 hours you will start feel the pain coming back if you skip a dose of the 3 x a day mixture). You must not skip a does (if going out, you can put a desert spoonful of apple vinegar in a bottle of mineral water, preferably a glass bottle and take it with you, so you don't forget or if can’t make the mixture when out, it’s very handy!) It has helped me a lot and has given me hope for a more normal life, free from long-term medication and pain. Although it’s not a cure to completely cure your arthritis, it keeps your arthritis pain at bay, if you keep taking it daily as recommended. When I first started using it, it took about a couple weeks for the pain to subside, until I rarely have pain now (it only returns if I miss the daily recommended dose of 3 x a day) it’s something that you must keep taking if you want to slow down your arthritis (the damage to joints will only get worse over the years). The apple cider vinegar will help reduce the pain at the beginning when you first start taking it for a couple months, until you notice there is no more pain over the next few months of using it (you must not give up as it is a very slow process and takes time to see/feel improvement and depending on how long you have/had arthritis). It is far better than being on medication all your life as there is no cure for arthritis and mediation only helps with pain, but your joints will only get worse over the years. Also long-term use of ibuprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for arthritis will damage/kill your kidneys in the long run. I first read about it in a book by Margaret hills, ''Treating Arthritis the drug free way''. Also online I read a lot of claims that it helps to drink a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water for arthritis (1 desert spoon of apple cider vinegar) dissolved in a glass of hot or cold water and you can add a teaspoon of honey. I will be honest and say it doesn't taste great, but you will get used to taking it over time. I would rather take the mixture over suffering with long-term pain and the arthritis getting worse. Plus the anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) will damage/kill your kidneys in the long run. I first started taking it 4 x a day for a couple months and then started taking it 3 x a day which I still continue to do so, before each meal. You must drink the mixture first and then eat your meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner etc. but at the beginning you can take the 4th dose 4-5 hours after the last does after your main meal). It’s also good for losing weight as I have lost weight while taking it. A lot of diet/weight loss supplements out there which contain Apple Cider Vinegar for helping with weight loss, not good for people who don't want to lose weight but for those who do its great!. Apple Cider Vinegar helps balance the pH levels in the body, as some foods can be more acid than alkali based. Although Apple Cider Vinegar is naturally acidic, however once in the body it turns to alkali and helps balance the pH levels of the body, not allowing acid to cause even more problems to the joints. An alkaline diet is recommended for people suffering with arthritis, but Margaret Hill’s book explains more about this, I won’t go into more detail. Apple Cider Vinegar, I wouldn't live without it now and recommend to family, friends or anyone suffering with arthritis to try it. I am only sharing this information for people who may have or know someone who may have arthritis who may be reading this. An arthritis sufferer who may be suffering with pain and may want to try a natural remedy that actually works. I hope this helps someone in some way. I regularly order this and it’s great that it's organic too. Very happy customer, great product and speedy delivery! Thank you!!!! :)

Excellent product - excellent value for money
I finally got round to adding ACV to my daily routine/repertoire and I wish I had tried it sooner! I'm pretty convinced of the overall health benefits, and it seems to have 90% cleared up sporadic but persistent pain I've been having in my big toe joint for the last few years. Whatever was causing this, ACV seems to have improved it massively - within 24 hours actually! I get the impression it is very good for reducing inflammation or system imbalances however it is not going to repair things like worn or damaged joints, so manage your expectations. I've tried it topically in a couple warts I have and it seemed to reduce them in size, but I've not persisted with it so the jury is still out on that one. I also use it as 50:50 mix with water in the shower on my hair - I let it sit in my hair during showering, but I can't say whether it does anything. It's meant to be good for the scalp though. Orally I take it 2-3 times a day, 25ml in half pint of water. I like the flavour but I don't let it linger as I am concerned about tooth enamel erosion.
