Followed instructions as per the video, my printer now works perfectly, good value for money. I'd say based on using it once on the 4 different inks there should be enough in the bottle to repeat the process another 3 times if need be in the future. Thank you!

this product worked realy well,would have given 5 stars but the blotting paper didn't soak up fluid it ran underneath and it left the foam underneath wet so had problems with paper loading until it dried out.I have bought 2 more but will try another blotting paper.

I have an epson printer and the black was not printing out at all even after the nozzle/head cleaning on the printer.All the parts of the kit come in a nicely packaged box and has instructions in what to do as well as online instructions for safety etc.Insert the cleaning solution bottle in a cup of hot water then using the syringe draw up the warm liquid and push the tube onto the head where the ink flows into. If ok you can push the warm solution through gently and clean the head. My black was completely blocked and needed longer to soak. (I have shown the parts separated to show the blockage).Comes with blotting paper to soak the solution and gloves which are thick and a large enough size for most people. A product I would recommend!

It does exactly what it says. My printer would not print anything after print head cleaning. Followed instructions and had to repeat a couple of times to clear the blocked nozzles and all back to normal. Full printing no missing dots. Excellent kit did the job. Highly recommend.

I was sceptical but this did work, after window cleaner on its own did not. Saved me considering buying a new printer head, so worth the money!

It worked. It was quite messy. The blotting paper (didn’t seem to be other than ordinary paper to me) couldn’t cope with all four nozzles being cleaned with the prescribed amount of solution at the same time, so keep a kitchen roll to hand. It is a bit expensive for what you get, but then you don’t need to source the individual components, and it did work. Video was good. There’s enough left over to do a second dose, if it happens again. I’d recommend it to a friend.

It does EXACTLY what it says on the tin . Had a blocked print head which refused to unblock via conventional methods ( repeated cleaning of the nozzles ) .Within seconds of flushing each cartridge port , they became unblocked and ready to print .Amazing liquid , saved a lot of frustration and printer heading to the recycling …..
