They straight up work. We used it with both hot and cold oil and it did the job. Hot oil filtered faster.

Es increible lo que una simple malla puede ayudar a prolongar la vida útil de mi aceite. Tengo un restaurante y antes filtrabaja con un colador de metálico, me funcionaba, pero dejaba pasar, pequeñas particulas que incluso eran imperceptibles, pero cuando empezamos a usar la malla, nos dimos cuenta de cuantas partículas estaban dañando nuestro aceite. Hoy después de un mes de prueba puedo decir que es una gran inversión, en principio me pareció costosa, pero el proveedor garantiza casi 2 años de vida útil, sin mencionar el ahorro que he tenido en el aceite y calidad de mis productos, dado que el aceite dura más y los productos no quedan contaminados por frituras pasadas. Nos enviaron de muestra unos paquetes de frypowder, el cual promete mejorar la calidad del aceite, seguramente vamos a comprarlos ya que en las primeras pruebas pudimos verificar su eficacia.

So far so good. Used in a professional kitchen, lots of fried chicken (read: lots of flour and little cruncy bits sinking to the bottom of the fryer). Business picked up just enought that running our fryer grease through a conical strainer wasn't preventing it from being too dark by the end of the week. I tried this out and it's been great so far. Does it's job and seems relatively sturdy.

Works exactly as it should

It helps to remove the scraps from the food but it doesnt help to clear the oil like they show in the pictures

Perfect for oil

Good quality but very expensive

This invention is making me save so much oil, instead of changing the whole bins every few days, we can filter and clean and keep for 2 weeks! The buttons on the side could be a little more solid but resist commercial dishwasher so what can I expect
