Works like Mucinex but cheaper pricetag.

Why buy brand name when these work just fine. Been using for a couple years. There’s no taste, easy to swallow, effective for my allergies and price is a plus.

These mucus relief dm tablets work for me, clear enough post nasal drip to allow me to sleep. I take 1-2 before bed, still prop my head up on a bed pillow. The old cough is gone. I sleep better & so do my cats.

Anti cough medicine with mucous thinner. Just as good as any of the name brands, and other generics (I've tried several). Works well. This is a FOUR HOUR ( to six hour) medicine, it is NOT the TWELVE hour. I was very surprised that these are the smallest version of this combination medicine that I've come across so far. I was worried that they put the wrong item in the bottle! But, it does seem to be the correct medicine, after having taken it. Price is better than any store generic - at the time of review. Also, at the time of this review, this may be subject to change as generics tend to change ingredients often, but, at the time of this review, this product does not contain lactose, and to the best of my knowledge, not gluten either (and I have not reacted badly to it at all - allergic/intolerant of both).

If a cough is keeping you up at night, you will finally get some rest. It won't dry you out or make you groggy if you use it during the day. There's no bitter aftertaste. These work as well as the name brand at a fraction of the price. Excellent product!
