These things are useless. First you have to assemble the parts with no instructions. Then you crack an egg into one and try to get the lid on. Drop them into boiling water and the lid comes off, creating a semi-poached egg. I tried them once and threw them away. Fortunately they only cost $10.

There were no instructions included, so I learned this the hard way. The egg whites will stick unless you apply spray oil before putting the raw eggs into them. You have to have enough water in your pan so the egg cookers float.

I ordered these egg cooker cups, but the seller was different than it is now. The product description stated that a quick start guide and recipes were included. They were not. I tried making hard-boiled eggs with absolutely no luck. The cups would not stand up in the pot of water so I ended up with a pot of water that had boiled egg whites and a couple of egg yolks that hadn't broken. I'm returning this product to Amazon.

No more pieces of eggshell in my egg salad. Great idea. I bought another set so I could boil a dozen at a time.

The convenience of not removing the shell from a boiled egg seemed a great idea. The egg stuck to the inside of the silicone container and was almost as difficult to clean as removing the shell. They are not easy to clean. Maybe next time I'll put oil inside the silicone container.

The egg cups come in an envelope with no instructions whatsoever. The screw-on top is of such cheap construction it is very hard to get them to screw on straight, especially when it's filled with a raw egg. I put them in the pot at a low boil for nine minutes, and this resulted in a soft boiled egg that did not want to come out of the cup. Not sure if this would work any easier if I had left it in longer, and if a hard boiled egg would not have stuck to the cup as much as this did. I like the idea, but I might try a higher end to see if they work better than these.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, the item shown was not what we received. There are no holes in the tops, in the video and images. The ones sent had six little holes.I tried them, although when I did, the bottoms were very soft and extremely difficult to put together, never mind adding eggs.No matter how little water was used, they flipped over and egg whites leaked out. This created a mess.Returned and dealing with egg shells seems much easier now.
