Description

Pure, round-grain silica sand from Wisconsin, USA for foundry or other demanding industrial uses (sand core, greensand, etc). Kiln-dried, high purity (low-clay and mineral contamination) for very high temp uses. Color matching: Due to the natural origin of this product, colors may vary from brown to a moderate tan/white depending on the batch. The photos show "worst case" contamination (most brown/yellow tint possible). Generally, product will be at least slightly more neutral (white) tint than photos. Note on texture/fineness: this product is considerably more fine than what most consumers are used to. Compared to anything available in home centers, this will almost seems like powder. IMPORTANT: NOT FOR USE AS SANDBLASTING MEDIA.
