Years of slippery shower mats that were not safe. We bought a couple of teak shower mats that were really more of a platform than a mat. Too tall, a little wobbly. For our walk-in shower, we wanted more of a mat style that could conform to our floor and not feel like we had to step up. This mat was perfect: not tall , but sturdy. Plenty of support under the mat. We did have to turn the mat in the shower until we found the most safe feeling under our feet. There are plenty of sizes offered with this mat. The fact that you can roll it up is a bonus.

The construction allows it to fit the slope of the shower floor. Ours is 6' long, and we placed this in the entry to the shower. Before this, we had to step through the entry which was wet and cold. Now, we have the comfort of the teak so we can stand and dry off without discomfort, and THEN exit the shower. It is pricey; however, we compared the comfort to the price and pulled the trigger on this. Glad we did!

Great product, built a cedar sauna bench and this was perfect to place on top as a mat to lay down on.

This is perfect for remote camping when using an outdoor shower. Wood feels good on your feet and rinses off easily for cleaning and drying in the sun.

It’s awesome. It looks and feels high quality but for the first several times it gets wet, it will leave brown water/residue. As long as you rinse that off within a day, it’s not a problem. Other than that. No complaints. We purchased a second one after a year so obviously we dig it.

Finding the right shower mat is not easy. This one is just the right size for the walk-in shower and cleans up easy.
