Being clear the jam blends in well with the tile around it and its not obtrusive. It serves its purpose and no more water leaks. Like others have said the tape does not last. I have had it attached for 2 months and 2/3 of the tape has come loose. I replaced it with a clear waterproof sealant and so far so good.

The product itself was fine, substantial and priced right. It was delivered in a timely manner.My difficulties occurred because my hinged shower door was installed so closely that there is virtually not enough space for the door to clear the tile side width of the stop strip. so I am forced to grind or sand down the stop strip to allow the door to clear it and fit flush. Had I realised that, I would not have mounted the strip before "tapering" the width of the tile side angle, now I am forced to do this in place and that makes it a very difficult job. This is my responsibility and not that of the product or manufacturer. I'll be sure to check this measurement closely if I have to do this again, it wouldn't hurt for anyone doing this to check first too.

The product itself was great. The shipping, on the other hand, was atrocious. The shipping tube (and of course) what was inside, was bent in half at delivery. It was promptly replaced by the seller.

The jamb is great but the double sided tape did not hold. I eventually removed the tape adhesive and used caulk. That worked fine.

I bought this as a direct replacement for one I ordered previously. This piece was more stiff, which was nice, but also slightly wider than the glass. Still served the purpose, but not the same as I bought previously.

Delivery issues. Strong heavy duty tube broken in two pieces and L angle gasket kinked. Unable to use and impossible to return. I purchase several of these types of gaskets for glass showers from other manufacturers who deliver in tubes. Much too long 10 feet!
