So my cousin has a chirp wheel set and she also have one of these things, and I'm gonna tell you that the trip was kind of weird and awkward to get the hang out and this foam roller was exactly what I needed to crack my back I mean, my back is just cracking and crackalackin up and down all over the place. This is literally all you need. I just wish the value for the money was a little bit better. It's literally a piece of hard foam and it's not low cost. If it were a little cheaper, I probably would've bought one a little bigger. I think it's well-made, but you know it's literally just foam.

I ordered this to help stretch my back at night. It is very effective for doing just that. I always feel better the next morning. Even though it is stiff, it does not hurt my back when I’m using it to stretch out!

I’ve started having pain at the top of my thighs. My private trainer had me use a roller similar to this. Hers was quite a bit longer. I worried about the length but it has been just right. I have a sturdy coffee table that I use this with. I sit on the roller then roll back and forth while my feet are on the ground.

I returned this only because it was extremely stiff and also to large in diameter for me. Obviously I hadn't read the description well enough.

Here’s the deal: this is a great price roller. That’s easy to store, travel with, and keep handy. If you are not familiar with the virtues of the roller, look up the exercises. It works for virtually any muscle group to avoid cramping, injury, and muscle elasticity. I am now hiking more and I’m in my early 60s so rolling does wonders. This one is dense, and the firmness is great for deep tissue concentration and its a great price.
