Easy to use as temporary replacement for hearing aids
Product was well packaged and had some charge to use straight away, actually charged quickly and appears to last well too, having choice of three sizes of ear buds is helpful were fiddly to install but doesn't need doing often! Hangs around the neck comfortably, ear buds fit well and don't move, sound quality is o.k.and with volume control means you can adjust to where you are,as a quick temporary replacement for my hearing aids and so I get to hear the tv without resorting to lip reading they do work, you have to get past the rustling of your own clothing movement sound being picked up ,unlike hearing aids, but for value for money and speed of service they are worth it.

Great product!!!
We purchased this product for my father in law and we were shocked to see how it has improved his hearing!I highly recommend it to those who have their loved ones with the gearing issues and talking loudly! Its the best Xmas or Birthday gift :)

Look elsewhere for hearing support, these are not great.
Overall quite disappointing. In use, connected to nothing but switched on, there is a high pitched whine at around 14kHz which does go when you switch the "hearing mode" on but the sensitivity is all over the place. Typing this review using a mechanical keyboard and listening to the TV, there's a bunch of reverberation and the noise of typing is overly pronounced.Listening to the bluetooth connected phone is not great with muddy music representation but OK for vocals... Tested with my usual suite of music from Blues to EDM with a bit of Crab Rave thrown in for good measure. Feels simultaneously bright and muddy if that is possible. The supplied ear tips are a reasonable range of sizes so you should be able to find one to fit.The placement on the collar would work if used during sports. There's enough length on the cables to permit head movement without risking the loss of an earbud and with these being wired with a decent capacity battery, they do last a while. For the intended, and emphasised use as a hearing adjunct, the quality of the sound is very unclear and I can't recommend them. As a bluetooth headset, it's OK...As to value for money, I've spent a lot more on headphones but these don't meet my standards for audio quality and they fail as a heading assist.

bad whistle
Such a bad whistle from some kind of feed back. Intermittent, so loud it could damage hearing further.

Great sound quality, long battery, and comfortable to wear.
I was sceptical. With psoriasis in ears causing hearing loss, and a long wait for a bone anchored aid, I have tried numerous in and behind the ear aids. These were generally uncomfortable, with distorted sound, poor battery life and not durable. This neckband device is a revelation, literally. I am hearing layers of background noise not heard in years. Conversations are crystal clear. And the buds are comfortable, the band is ergonomic, and the battery lasts all day and more. For me, a perfect solution that I did not know existed.

Works, but with a few problems, they might help, depends on your needs.
These simply amplify the surrounding sounds, which will without doubt, help some people.I normally wear two NHS hearing aids, that basically do the same, but with more sophisticated component's used that cost more, but provide a better sound for a variety of problems, so really, if you have poor hearing, you should have your ears professionally checked, but having said that, these would I think help those on the fringe. The good is they are rechargeable, so cheap to run. You are very unlikely to lose them as they are around your neck, and where I go to, if I lose one of mine I have to pay £100.These also have a good battery life, are light, and as the microphones are mounted on the leads that go from the neckband to the little earbuds, I got no feedback, (whistling), from the microphones, which I occasionally get from my NHS aids. The not so good is the sound for me, the quality being pretty bad, as my usual NHS aids are tuned to me, and as is stated by the seller, these are simple amplifiers. There is also a delay between the source of the sound and my ears, resulting in the lip sync when watching TV or my PC, poor, and if I clap, its like an echo. These will help in some situations, depending on what your needs are, a bit like binoculars are for vision.
