Set it up and no worries
I put this in a window well that fills with water when it rains and I haven't worried about the house flooding since. It does its job and empties the window well very quickly.

Fast shipping. Drains water away quickly, but stops working and has to be primed again.
Unsure why it stops working and lets water build up until I reprime it. Then it works well continuously again.Does a good job when it is pumping. Clears water out quickly.

Have a sump hole 10 inches in diameter. Fits perfectly, float works every time, and it's very quiet.
Internal float is a very clever design. Worked every time. Thanks to this pump our basement didn't flood despite very heavy rains here in the San Francisco Bay area. And no worries. Great product!

Doesn’t always comes on automatically.
It doesn’t trip always when flooded. I’m going to call customer service so I’m not giving up hope. When it works it’s great.

Composite submersible sump pump with internal float switch.
Replaced a pedestal sump pump that was too loud and vibrated so much the pump would move around in the pit. This submersible sump pump is much better. It sits in the pit so I was able to cover the pit except for an opening for the discharge pipe and power cord. The internal float was stuck but a call to the company instructed me on how to fix the stuck float. This pump is so quiet that we will not even know when it starts up. It came with a check valve and was adaptable for 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch piping. I highly recommend this brand.
