Now they are all combine in 1 with a fewextra vitamins I never tried before. I guess it is a good thing, that I have not noticed a change. Does not replace them all but can eliminate 5 bottles. Still need the extra Cinnamon, and Magnesium separately, But Reg vitamins like C,E,zinc, etc.. The days are numbered. I’m insulin resistant and the ingredients in this product have been proven helpful for blood sugar levels. Since I’ve been taking these, I feel more steady with my energy.I have only been taking them for a month but I’ll will reorder for sure. My levels have improved a little and my integrative medicine md approved me taking these. Not only do does it have things to help with blood sugar but overall health. It has magnesium which most of us are deficient in. Chromium which has been shown to help regulate blood sugar in many cases. Also many other fine ingredients that can make a difference overall. I personally would recommend for women with pcos and insulin resistance This will be a product that I will add to my daily routine from now on. It’s worth a try. Good price too.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

I ordered this due to the amount of biotin. As someone who is experiencing hair loss I am hoping this will be helpful.It came safely packaged, sealed and with an expiration date of 3/3024. It is only a 20-day supply so keep that in mind when ordering.Please be aware that excess biotin in the blood from supplements can cause some, but not all, lab test results to be either falsely increased or falsely decreased. Most labs will tell you to stop taking any supplements with biotin in them before having lab work done so, please be mindful of that.I hope this review has been helpful!

The outer seal could not be removed by hand and needed a sharp object to cut and remove it and the inner seal was rather tough to remove by hand, so take your time in opening the bottle. You are directed on the bottle to take three capsules daily, but these capsules are large, so you will need to take your time in ingesting the capsules individually and plan ahead to take these in conjunction with your other supplements.For this supplement having a minimal number of essential vitamins, the list is decent, but there is a lot of biotin content in a directed daily dose, which is supposed to help your hair, skin, and nails with their appearance. If you need the exact supplements listed on the bottle for your diet, then this will work decently. Just plan ahead in taking these with your other supplements. Thank you for reading!
