Only 4 stars as this struggles on the smallest setting with some veg like cucumber. The dicing function is a bit fiddly and doesn’t really dice any quicker than if doing it by hand, and as with all mandolins, it’s a bit of a chore to clean.That being said it’s so sturdy and I have found it much MUCH easier and safer to use than my old work top one! i was initially skeptical as some reviews mentioned the plastic sharding off, this has not happened! I think they are trying to market this as an all in one device which it isn’t, but as a mandolin it is truly excellent. The dicing function would be great For someone with mobility issues perhaps as it doesn’t make dicing veg any less time consuming.I’m really happy I bought this and would recommend

I purchased the ONCE FOR ALL Mandoline Vegetable Slicer as I considered it a useful kitchen tool. While I hesitate to leave a negative review, unfortunately, I received a subpar product. As seen in the attached pictures, the item has significant flaws, poorly crafted plastic that appears cheap and far from high-quality, and an additional broken part, as evident in the images. The reason I ultimately give it 3 stars is primarily attributed to the seller's response. Upon providing feedback, the seller acted promptly, and at my request, I received a partial refund. The partial refund more accurately reflects the value of the kitchen tool. The seller was receptive to my proposed resolution, earning them a 5-star rating for friendliness and a quick solution. While the product itself would merit only 2 stars, it receives 3 due to the partial refund and the seller's prompt response.

Really like that you can adjust the thinness of the slices, and cut into thick or thin matchsticks. On the thickest setting 'matchstick' I made french fries. So good. Such a worthwhile purchase to avoid straining the wrist cutting and slicing, and great knowing each slice is uniform. So far used to make potato fries, slice cabbage for sauerkraut, coldslaw, and carrot salad. Easy and quick to clean and store too. Big fan of the removable tray too. Makes life easy.

I am a huge fan of chopped salad. I lived in Cyprus for a while and I love Greek salad with chopped cabbage, cucumber and carrot dressed with olive oil, salt and lemon. This machine makes it so easy to make finely chopped vegetables. I also use it for onions and the various thickness setting makes it even better.Sliced beetroot was amazing, I've made coleslaw and while I was trying the settings I discovered I could slice potatoes and make crisps!Understanding the settings is a bit trial and error but I got the hang of it and it cleans quite easily - and stubborn bits easily removed with the brush.The only thing that hasn't gone too well so far is tomato. I imagine softer veg would be more difficult.BUT most important, I will not be grating the end of my fingers or chopping them off as the blade is pretty much concealed when you are chopping and never comes into contact with your hand.All is all, I use this most days and for me it's well worth the money!

Bought to makes chip mainly. Chips come out as fries. To thin for my liking. Great at thin onions. Works well. Nice thing just not for chips.
