Needed for disabled, tall, male, side sleeper, but mostly for urine. Wish I could give credit to previous reviewer that suggested to turn wider end to the front (since my goal is for urine). I also add another flow through liner. I like there is a stretcy inner edges, the additional liner fits right in. Yes its thick between the legs. Yes, you can see the dollar signs but right now I only utilize at night. While not 100%, It is still * much * better and cheaper than every few hours changing the disposable, bed pad, clothing and a bath and laundry especially during the night. No one wants someone wet, but waking with soaked undies, clothes and bed is even worse, not to mention the additional interference in sleep.What I didn't realize on first purchase is that it is NOT flow through. Some reviews state the wish for adhesive, I've found there are times the liner(s) are wet, the disposable underwear is not and this can be pulled out, continuing use of the disposable a little while longer. Haven't experienced slipping anyway. Another thing I like is I haven't found any little gel stuff on the skin. While that stuff might absorb, it get everywhere and pesky to get rid of.

Not good leaks from the back

These are very thin with no discernable polymer count. They hold very little and feel wet against the skin. I only tried these because there seems to be a quality booster shortage. At rhe time I'm writing this, Rearz. Incontrol. ABUniverse are all unavailable. WTF?

I cut them in half and use as a Giant Gauze Pad
