Customer service was very helpful with the issues I could be helped with.Audio is 18 frames ahead of the video. So audio has to be advanced 18 frames.The picture seems more clear than my phone, but not what I expected.Can not figure out how to get the ISO part to work.No light, unless I have the actual light on. But the ISO level makes no difference.Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing.The added microphone sounds bad, but does cut out the wind.Couldn't get the microphone to fit, but customer service explained how to do it.Webcam works, but it's really dark, despite having multiple ring lights on high.It is convenient to hold, with the size and the strap to go around your hand.I like that the lens cover has a tether, so you can't drop or lose it.I like how easy you can flip the screen around, so you can go back and forth between yourself and something else.It does have a lot of adjustments you can make and I'll eventually try them all.So my overall opinion? It's convenient, but the quality of the recording is lacking.Yeah, I'll keep using it. But for selective things. As in, probably just for outdoors stuff.Because I do like being able to block the wind, with the detachable microphone.

I get it - what do you expect for $70? But really, the camera won't focus and the picture is too grainy. Outside of that, the image is choppy/buggy with motion and really struggles. I found that my audio didn't match up with the video either which is a big disappointment. I should've done more research but I don't think my expectations are crazy. You can't even manually focus the camera.Biggest Cons:- No ability to focus the camera- Audio doesn't match video- Choppy / buggy pictureBiggest Pros:- Price (can't argue that)- Form factor is compact and familiar (as an older, more camcorder based person)- (2) Batteries included- 32gb SD card included- Decent flash/light for night shootingWhat do you think this camcorder would be good for?Trips/travel, kids sports games, family reunions, weddings, gatherings, home movies.Should it be used for anything professional?NoShould it be considered in place of an iPhone video as a camera?Definitely not. It's a nice supplement because it separates the phone from the actual video shooting function. I also like the form factor because it reminds me of old school camcorders, though none were ever this small.Would I recommend?No. Ultimately, for my use, it's just too low quality to keep. Call me spoiled from iPhone video quality but this really misses the mark. I can tolerate the choppy video and the audio being a little unreliable but the nail in the coffin was the focus. If this feature isn't important to you and you're cool with the other issues, this might be just what you're looking for.

I love photography and videography and was looking to add a camcorder to my arsenal. While the video quality is about what I expected, the audio is not. The microphone pics up a lot of background noise. I have played with settings on it and videoed in quiet places to improve the quality but it still is difficult to hear whoever is talking. I would recommend to anyone purchasing this to also pick up another mic of some kine (maybe lavalier mics). Also, the battery doesn't last as long as I personally would like. Probably an easy fix to purchase better quality batteries than what come with. Overall, the camcorder is good for the cost and I am not completely dissatisfied.
