I had a shirt order for vinyl work, but the shirts were button down. I put this pad between the material n it worked perfectly! also, it doesn't retain the heat from the press, so you won't burn ur hands!

Does a good job
This mat is a good size. It is thick enough that the heat doesn't mar the surface of my coffee table when I use it. I don't have to set up my ironing board when working with small craft projects.

Works great
This is just the right size to fit within a shirt, so it has been working well for me. I have had to place it on top of my ironing board because it doesn't have a stiff enough backing to be able to press it well, but that has worked well also.
