I love the ingredients in this product, and it works really well for my hair. I love that it’s clean and it makes my hair so soft after washing.

I bought this brand after hearing that dimethicone is not a good ingredient for a hair product so reviewed ingredient listings of various brands. This one appears to fit the bill, i.e. good quality. I love the packaging, easy to refill containers! The scent is nice, pretty subtle and not perfumy; would work for anyone. I also purchased the shampoo and would review it the exact same way.

Love this conditioner, leaves my hair soft and knowing it's not filled with chemicals is the best.

Luckily the smell doesn’t linger

I’ve used this shampoo and conditioner for over 5 years. I used to love it. However, the conditioner changed in the past year. It’s thicker and the smell is just horrible. I only purchase the refill bag. I’ve returned bags. The company was even nice enough to send me a bag from their warehouse for free. But it’s still a terrible smell. I can’t use the product anymore. I’m so sad. (The shampoo still works well and hasn’t changed.)

This conditioner is fantastic.. it makes my hair feel so soft, not greasy at all.. it’s really leaves hair looking great. The smell however, is something else.. you can tell there are citrus notes trying to come through.. but it’s very weird. it only smells when putting it on, you can’t smell it when hair is dry

I bought the shampoo and conditioner because I want to switch to a more natural product. The shampoo felt great and smelled nice but the conditioner... Not so much. My hair felt drier and tangled more easily and the scent, I'm not kidding when I say I gagged ever time I used it. I tossed it after half a bottle because it was so bad. I even took it to work to see if my coworkers felt the same about the smell and 7/8 said it was disgusting. Don't buy this!

gave me cystic acne allllll over my back. yes I am sure its from this product because as soon as I stopped using it, it went away. pretty good for detangling curly hair but if you have sensitive skin which this product shows up when you look up "fragrance free conditioner" do NOT get this

Citrus and mint is not a nice scent to be mixed, tried this product to switch to a cleaner product but don’t find it works to smooth hair out much.
