If the dog has hearing issue, the device may not work as expected. 3.The device is for dogs from 6 months to 8 years old dogs. 4.Using one device against two or more barking dogs at the same time is not recommended. 5.Using the device against aggressive dogs is not recommended. 6.Using the same sonic at the same dog for 10 days or more is not recommended. The dog may have resistance to the same sonic. Please change the sonic every 7-10 days. 7.Please check the battery power every month, charge it if the power is too low. Please charge the device before daily use. Use the USB cable connect the device to laptop, PC or charger(output current is no more than 2A).
