Great equipment for crafting unique images on acrylic with multi-colored lights
I purchased this set to play with for a new crafting business I've started and the quality of both the acrylic pieces and the electronic bases has been great. Using a CNC machine to engrave into the acrylic and they are coming out amazing. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Bases work as described, acrylic thicknesses inconsistent
I'm a professional CNC machinist (Haas, Mazak, Komo), and I have a hobby CNC router at home (Shapeoko). The thickness on these varies from part to part, and so far I've found some acrylic blanks as thin as .14" (.04" narrower than the thickness of the pocket). What this means is some of the blanks fit snugly with no play, and others flop around in the base and do not sit at a proper vertical 90° angle but "slouch" in the pocket. This also means you have to find your Z height on every single piece, but that's not all that weird.I guess I shouldn't be surprised by a 1/32" tolerance range on extruded plastics made in China and sold very cheap, but it's making it a huge pain in the a** to batch out parts and machine these efficiently. Idk, just annoying. 🤷♂️For what it's worth, I haven't run into a single problem with the bases themselves, and they seem to work perfectly.

Weak USB ports, short cords, acrylic different sizes.
The usb ports are weak, the cords are really short and every piece of acrylic is a different size. Some will fit snug, others will flip around in the base. Had I checked them sooner I would have returned them. Don’t buy
