Works well but pricey. My son gave it to me as a gift, but I'm not sure if I will keep getting it. I don't take it every night, only when I think I need help. I'm staying away from melatonin, so this is great when I need help to go to sleep.

Works better than melatonin. I only take 1 and recommend your first dose for an off-day just in case.

This seems very good because the several magnesiums were read so each one is very good for different ones for your body. The glycanate seemed really muscular but another helped go to bathroom. And others had been looked at for how good they'd be as magnesiums. Works great!!!

This is the only Mg I will buy.One caution: Country Life makes more than one version of Mg; so, be sure you get the following: Chelated Magnesium, 250 mg, 1 tablet = 60% of one’s MDR, and 2 = 120% of MDR. Furthermore, the bottle states “Tablets”, however the “tablets” are closer to caplets, which makes it easier to swallow.
