I love this freezer, I bought it to replace my 20 year old freezer which suddenly packed up overnight due to the thermostat malfunctioning. This is much quieter, freezes more efficiently and gives out little heat. It has very spacious draws and the door can be fixed to open to the left or to the right. 2 small cons are the open top shelf( my previous freezer had a drop down flap) and no low temperature warning light, something I wasn't aware of when I bought it. Other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase

It is relatively quiet giving a low humming sound every so often. I would say adequate loading space for 2/3 people. I've used Russell Hobbs for years and have always been pleased with their products and service. By the way I had an old freezer before this so arranged with Amazon just to unpack and take away for recycling. I kept the old freezer stocked until this new one had 3 hrs. before switching on power and waiting 4 hrs. before up to speed on minus 18/19 cold -- then stocked new freezer with goods from the old. Then got rid of old in recycling.

This is a decent sized freezer that we've put in our workshop as our built in freezer in the kitchen is too small.Very easy to open, load, and shut . Just what we needed. X

Bought this as an extra freezer that we could store in the garage. Works well and it has good drawer size. I like the open shelf at the top. It is quiet and looks good quality. The downside is no door handle and indent is at top of door so can be difficult to get it open and no external light to show it is on.
