Velcro no longer sticks
The Velcro part that wraps around the knee no longer sticks and I don't wear the brace every day. Therefore it no longer does me any good

Adequate support
Easy to put on. No need to remove shoes. Its difficult to put on the left leg. Should be made for left and right legs

Knee brace to prevent bone on bone contact
This brace, while not the most expensive, is better than the brace that I had in that it better immobilizes my patella which reduces the stress in my bad knee. I feel less pain in the knee when I wear this brace.

The straps chafe my skin
I had to return this because the straps chafed my skin when running. I liked the idea of having straps that wrap around but the main sleeve need to be a 'tube' that slide up your leg - I'm going to try to find one like that. The ones that you need to pull up your leg seems to have more support.

No knee pain!
I have had two knee surgeries, so running always comes with a little pain from my knee. My orthopedic surgeon said my next knee surgery will be a full knee replacement. But I continue to run regardless of what will happen in the future. For knee support I normally go with a compression sleeve, and they do help but fail in comparison to this knee brace. When I first started wearing the brace I thought that it would be a little uncomfortable and I wasn't sure how the support would be. Every time I wear this brace, my knee does not hurt at all. I am amazed. I normally run a 5K at least 3 times per week, again with no pain. I wanted to see how it would feel if I went a little longer so I ran a 10K with no pain at all. I am sold on this knee brace and I will purchase another couple here in the future. Everyone is different and you may not have the same results that I have had, but this knee brace has been a life saver for me.

Makes the back of my knee feel pinched
6 months Post fractured right patella with some slight meniscus tear and soft tissue damage, this does offer medium support and enhances stability but back of the knee feels pinched with flex action. I’m a 5’5” 67 yr old female @ 160 lbs
