I anxiously opened the box and begin using it immediately when it was delivered because my other brand had quit emitting steam. This steamer did a great job getting the wrinkles out of my shirt. I like the fact that it folds compactly, and it heats up super quick! I intentionally laid it on the bed to see if it leaked (and it did not). So far, so good.

I really wanted this steamer to work. The initial one I had wanted to buy was out of stock and this was the closest thing. I bought it July 13 today is august 7. It worked great, didn’t sputter hot water droplets, I liked that I could use it horizontally or vertically, and it did what it was supposed to do. BUT I went to use it for just the fifth time today and when I plugged it in it nothing. Not even the sound of attempted warming up. Returned searching for a new replacement.Update: I returned this steamer because I believed it had quit working. I purchased a different one and when I plugged it in for the first time it didn’t work either! Upon further inspection it was my socket that quit working. So it’s 99% possible the one I returned still worked *sigh* *facepalm* I do recommend you try this steamer and to check your outlets.

I used to iron clothes the traditional way using iron board and sometimes I only need to do 1-2 clothing pieces. This has saved me from too much work assembling the iron board and stuffs. This handheld steamer is fast to get hot, no spewing water, and gets the job done! I also like that you can fold this and bring it to travel. I just wish it's worldwide voltage capacity but it's not. It cane with all items pictured in my review. Overall, I'm happy and will be keeping this.

I have been nothing but impressed with this streamer! It is ready to work in no time and is perfect for traveling!
