not working 2nd time I tried to use it
I had high hopes for this as it was recommended by a well known makeup artist on Instagram for puffy eyes, etc. So when it was delivered I immediately read all the directions. charged the device and followed the instructions exactly. It worked well although I'd wished it got a little colder. But it was good and helped with the puffiness. Next day tried to use it and it will not turn on. It is fully charged. After numerous attempts I gave up. So disappointing. Also I ordered the YUSONG device as shown on Amazon and my order confirmation however the one I received made no mention of YUSONG on the accompanying pamphlet, the box it came in or on the device itself. So I don't know what brand I received although that wouldn't matter if it worked but it doesn't so its going back. Disappointed.

Reservations about cold mode expectations
It failed to warn that the device does not maintain the cold temperature after a few minutes of being turned on. It seems that the engine's air outlet is insufficient to maintain a constant temperature, especially if it is used in cold mode with vibration. If you are looking for equipment that stays cold throughout the entire period of use, you might want to look for something else. Furthermore, the battery doesn't last very long. But, as in my case it would be more work to return the equipment (after all, it is an international purchase) I will not exchange it. And if I take some precautions, such as using it for about 4 minutes in cold mode without vibrating, the equipment will meet my needs.

GREAT product/Great Price
So reasonably priced and this really works!! - I shopped these and the reviews are all excellent - you cannot beat this price... Does everything you need for 1/3 of the price of others similar. Even has a timer that it shuts off when you should stop .... ten stars
