Much better alternative to toothpaste, when used as directed it really works well to whiten your teeth. My only problem was the bottle. I’m glad it came in a glass jar, but it should have some kind of a little shaker on it so you don’t keep dipping your toothbrush into it and spreading germs. Other than that, it’s excellent and at last quite a long time.

I have one discolored top front tooth and a couple of discolored bottom teeth just below it due to acid erosion, which has made me so embarrassed to smile lately. I have always prided myself in my care for my teeth, and I hate that these teeth are like this! And I can't afford expensive implants and veneers, so I decided to do some research on how to try to improve my smile myself.I have been using Regrow powder for two weeks and already I see a major difference. The top front tooth used to feel rough when I ran my tongue over it, and now it feels much smoother. The discoloration is starting to fade quite a bit. I don't want to mislead people here: my teeth do still need quite a lot of work, but they are definitely better. My gums used to bleed when I flossed, but I haven't had any bleeding in a week and half. In particular this one spot between two of my top teeth was very prone to bleeding and often was darker in color because of the blood. But that spot also hasn't bled at all in a week and a half, and the color has improved to a much more healthy color too. I also see quite a bit less plaque, and my mouth isn't dry at all after using this. Plus, I had this nasty taste/smell along my gums but that has also gone away.I am attaching three pictures of my teeth. The top one is from when I first started two weeks ago, the middle one is from a week ago, and the bottom one is where I am today. All pictures were taken in the same room in the same light, and no Photoshop or other filters were applied.In the interest of full disclosure, I am using several other products in conjunction with this: Hello flouride-free toothpaste, and an oral probiotic pill which provides good bacteria to counteract the bad bacteria in my mouth. I also switched to using a Waterpik to floss, and I am taking several supplements: extra calcium and vitamin D in addition to my regular multivitamin. And every day I spend several hours a day chewing a natural gum with no added sugars or other sweeteners but which does have xylitol in it to aid in saliva production. I am also considering getting a second toothpaste with Nano-hydroxyapatite in it to see if that will help further.I'm very happy with the results so far and am hopeful that things will continue to improve for me!

After having some of my children. I had noticed teeth were more sensitive to pain . And this tooth powder helped . After a week I noticed the pain eased up . Will continue to use. Looking forward for better results .

The product looks beige in the jar, and it tastes good. I've used about a third of the jar. However, it turns brown when you brush your teeth, and it turned my toothbrush brown, so I'm not sure how it will whiten your teeth. It seems like I'm staining my teeth with it.

It's food grade diatomaceous earth and it's a dingy yellow. It says don't rinse but I don't want nasty looking teeth so it's a no for me.

My tons teeth were in pretty bad shape. His teeth were rotted from sugary juices sitting on his teeth overnight and not brushing often when he was smaller. The dentist said his teeth were so bad that the procedure to fix his teeth would be longer. I didn't want my son to go through all of that so I bought REGROW. We used it according to instructions with yogurt. Not super consistent might I add. Low and behold, we went to the dentist for the procedure and said wow, his teeth arent as bad and the procedure didn't take as long as suspected. IT WORKS!

Teeth have never felt cleaner. Dramatically improved my sensitive teeth and gums. I don’t do the yogurt with it as suggested as it’s too much of a hassle and kept me from using it at all because of that. Once I stopped using yogurt and I used it every day morning and night, then I felt the benefits. Because of the price I’m going to try a different brand and see the difference before I buy it again.
