Great computer!
The computer is great. The installation of Windows 11 was a little wonky at first and buggy. But after updating it so far has not been too bad. I really needed a Windows 11 computer and this one fit the bill. I am going to def upgrade the Video Card to something better along with the power supply. The seller does not give too much information about the PC but here it is.AMD Athlon(tm) X4 950 Quad Core Processor 3.50 GHzthe motherboard is an A320M-S2H v2-CF16 gigs of DDR 4 ram at 2400mhzNvidia Gforce GT 1030.The PC runs great and as long as you update it. should not have as many bugs. The really hilarious thing I found though is that it says that Windows 11 was installed on 9/‎24/‎2084 Which I personally think is really cool and gives my PC uniqueness. Just hope that is not a problem with the clock or something.A couple of other things I noticed is that at least this PC's version of Windows does now do tabs in the folder explorer. And my other versions of windows 11 on my other PCs do. Not sure what is up with that. But I do wish it did.Either way, it also came very fast when it was sent out. Only took 4 days to get to me though it did take 4 days before that to be shipped. But either way it did not take long. The PC runs fine too when you do game design and runs Unity 3D really well. Will be even better once I get a new video card installed on it.Anyway, I like the PC for the price. And also love the RGB lights on the fans. It is a good PC if you want to upgrade it. and it having windows 11 is a plus. Even if it was a little buggy at first. This one is def a pass.

Missing wifi card Power supply burnt out
Upon setting up this computer the very first thing I noticed that was missing the Wi-Fi card when I got a hold of the seller I was asked to provide photograph of proof which I did just show that the Wi-Fi card was in fact missing and they even acknowledged this. There was no offer to send a a card out to us. Next after a couple of weeks of use the cheap power supply that was installed burnt out. I verified that the power supply didn't work by connecting an extra power supply I had at home and testing the computer it worked fine with the new power supply. Contacted OEM again to try to get a replacement power supply but it was impossible to do without sending the entire computer back. I ended up buying a cool master 500 watt power supply that works great for the system I just wish I didn't have to spend the extra money in the process. Everything else on the computer has worked great Good motherboard good CPU The RAM works fine haven't had any problems with the hard drive just be aware that when dealing with cheaper pre-build computers you get what you paid for. Overall I am satisfied with the computers performance although I will I am not very satisfied with the lackluster support by the OEM.

you may need to get a few upgrades
you may have to keep in mind this is a budget pc. and the people who assembed it cut corners. with that in mind..... the powersupply is very lack lusters... i upgraded it to a 700w bronze... the 425 w generic felt so cheep i did not trust it... there is no dedicated graphics card... but they never said there was... it is an onboard chipset... so i added a video card... the mounting in the case is diffcult.. and some things like the ssd was mounted useing only 2 screws on 1 side keeping it floating at the top of the case... i moved and remounted it to the bottom basement cages.. and tossed in a couple more mass storage devices ....... i do not know much about the cpu or its heat info.. but IMO the cooler looks kinda weak .. but ill know after i put it though its paces with some games and monitor gaming tempatures...

Starter PC
Upgraded it a couple times works fine. Mine came in with a dent. Otherwise I would have given it a perfect review as a basic gaming PC for a starter and as a spare.

definitely works but not how you would expect
SLOW RX6400 does not improve things due to cpu bottleneck.Gaming Computer, Athlon X4 950 4x3.8GHz,16GB DDR4, AMD Radeon RX 550 2GB GDDR5, 512 GB SSD,USB 3, 802.11AC WiFi & Win11 Pro B09QQNZZH1Shows full retail copy 11 pro but no media or coa key anywhere.Item beaten to death DOA arrival. Took apart carefully and got it working again.Definitely works but gaming is slow 720p not where it should be.Ram was floating in the box Single Stick DDR4 2400 16 gig.Motherboard is ASROCK A320M-DVS R4.0. The most suspect part in this is the Power supply which I recommend you replace Immediately with EVGA 850B so that you never have to do it again.Holding the old and new power supply in your hand will convince you why.
