Revablend Non-Electric Portable Blender, 16 Ounce, Black

I make myself a breakfast smoothie every day, and when I go out of town, especially camping, it's really hard going without. I tried packing my immersion blender, and it's a pain.This is a good enough substitute. My usual recipe includes ground flax, ground chia, protein powder, ground spices, banana, berries, and spinach. The only thing I think this falls short on is the spinach. I'm basically ending up with chunks of it that I have to chew, and that kinda sucks. But to be able to do almost everything in my regular smoothie is awesome, and this handled the berries, banana, and seeds like a champ. I guess I'd just recommend leaving out the greens if you're gonna use this. But for my purposes, this'll do just fine.

Like can mix without electricity. Mixing vanes near bottom so can mix small quantity. But is difficult to clean inside becausemixture sticks to plastic andMixture get stuck in ridges. Maybe ridges are structural or disrupt centrifugal flow but maybe 1 thicker ridge would be enough. Think would be easier if clear plastic like Brita picher.Most needed improvement is mechanism to hold spout cover open during pour. There are 2 ears on top that may have been designed for that purpose but either ears are not wide enough or spout cover is not wide enough to contact each other.

Gave this four stars but ultimately returned it. For protein drinks, this works about the same as any large bottle with manual shaking (in my experience). I will say that for other uses, it's likely amazing (and other reviews reflect that). I'll also say this is the best hand blender out there, just still not better than simply using a large bottle (which is easier to clean), in my opinion.

I got this because of the good reviews but it's not all I hoped it to be. I mainly use this to make my protein shakes but it takes while to mix my whole shake and it still leaves clumps. I have to put in one scoop of powder then add some water, mix it then put in my other scoop of powder add more water and mix it again to get my shake to mix with minimum clumps. However it still turn out to be sort of clumpy. with doing all of this it sort of defeats the purpose of making in on the go. I can't rely on just throwing my ingredients in the cup and walking out the door for work every morning to mix it on the go. It's still time consuming.

It is not easily cleaned. The has small ridges on the inside of the plastic cup that run from top to bottom.I have to use a tooth brush to clean it, otherwise it works as described.. Had I known this I would not have bought it

Good enough for most beverages that uses fruit or ice. Tried to make a green smoothie, still left it chunky no matter how much I rolled. Fruits are also left a little chunky. It never will be a perfect puree. But, for and hand blender, it will make due.

One of my favorite purchases I’ve ever made! I make smoothies and protein shakes daily but having to take out the blender and then clean it makes it a pain in the butt this thing makes it so simple! I will say using fresh or thawed fruit is a must! And adding ice doesn’t always work very well! But over all I love this thing!!

It's best used as a regular shaker bottle without rolling it, for you protein powder, that's built to last and with great design.it will blend soft fruit like a banana, or cubed watermelon.It's better to just eat the fruit, less effort also.Don't get your hopes up for anything more...-SMITH

I bought this because the motor on my last electric blender were out. It's an ok blender, but chunky things like berries need to be blended first before adding liquids, or else they dont blend. Also on the inside there are ridges where food gets stuck and it makes it difficult to clean. I found it cleans fine though if I use a small reusable straw cleaner. For the quality I think it would have been a better use of my money to buy another electric blender. But it is convenient that I can take the revablend when i am running to the office.

Great handheld mixer. Good quality and durable. I use this to make protein shakes after my workouts and there’s no powder left after mixing. Washing is just as easy using the same mixing technique with soap and water. If you add soft fruits as suggested you will get lumps but it’s as expected since this is a handheld mixer and not an electric blender. Does a great job for what I need. I’m happy with my purchase.

Initially, I purchased it from Revablend directly, but the post office mis-delivered. After contacting Revablend team, I was met by Alison and Dan who were extremely helpful and were willing to resend another portable blender with Express Mail. I command their outstanding customer service and willingness to help. I was very impressed!!!I started using the Portable Blender at the office and it's been a great addition to my diet. It is very easy to use and it works really well. I highly recommend it!

Practical, but food has to be ready to smushed, if you know what I mean, forget about the perfect pudding.

Ordered a black one, but sent me a red. Totally, the concept of it is good, but you will be like what my photo shows if you buy
