Delicious boutique coffee brand.
This coffee is fantastic. You can tell that they hand picked these beans over many others. The reason that I am saying that is because these beans are all the same size, and their is very little shake when you get to the bottom of the can. Everything is premium about these beans from the uniform size of them, the uniform roast, and lack of broken beans. The cans are premium quality with the way they are sealed as well. I generally expect to pay $12-16lb for premium coffees. This brand just hits that mark with that price and I do not think they were that expensive when I originally ordered them. Good coffee and delightfully fresh since its sealed in the can. I use these beans in my Saeco super-automatic espresso machine, so I am always looking for a new bean with a different flavor profile.

Dont love the packaging
Once you open this, you need to stick to using it, because the canister doesnt seal well enough to keep the beans fresh over a 7-10 days. You would probably be better off pouring them into zip lock bags after opening them.

Variety Pack With All Blends Flavorful And Smooth
Product: Danesi Caffe Single Origin Coffee Ground Coffee– Premium Ground Espresso (Ground Whole Bean Coffee) - Rwanda, Guatemala, Ethiopian Coffee from Single Source Espresso Beans for Italian Coffee (3-pack)This variety pack is available in espresso ground or whole beans; I got the espresso ground set. The coffee is made in Italy with sourcing from the country on the canister. Each canister was ground fine as expected for espresso. The arouna was wonderful and I could smell it as soon as I broke the seal of the pull off lid and the vacuum released. The aroma carried through when the coffee was brewed. I’ve missed that lovely aroma with many coffees I’ve tried lately. The roasting varied slightly with each variety, but all were in the dark roast range. All the coffees were low acid without bitterness giving a flavorful, yet smooth cup of coffee. Each canister gives a good graph showing how each blend rates for acidity, balance, flavor, aroma, body and aftertaste. The expiration date on my cans were good for over 2 years. The canisters look very nice and make this set excellent for gifting. This is excellent coffee and I’ve enjoyed all three blends. The only drawback is the pricing at $50 for the set, but I save this coffee for when I want to really nice cup of coffee as a treat.

Didn't love the "Ruanda" variety, did enjoy the others
This classy coffee, which comes in a tin with a lid, was surprisingly good. The coffees have strong and unique flavors and are sealed tight in the tin (it has a pull tab) so they stayed a lot fresher than I was expecting. The coffee has a strong aroma and flavors, and comes whole bean so you can grind to the optimal level yourself.I did take a star away because I wasn't a big fan of the "Ruanda" variety. Tasted more bitter and just...off. Not as much of a positive flavor as the others. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but would recommend the Guatemala and Etiopa flavors over that one. Also - this is a nitpick, but the labeling on the coffee tins was blurry and looked a bit cheap. For how nice the tins are and the price of the product (almost fifty dollars at time of review) I expected higher quality printing for the labels.

Excelent Trio Of Coffees!
I generally LOVE espresso roast/bean coffees but some of the fancier or more expensive ones on Amazon have not been as good as the cheaper ones.I guess you might call this a premium set of different coffees because it is rather expensive. I found all three of these to be quite good with the Ethiopian version to be absolutely incredible. It's got awesome flavor, seems like low acid and not bitter at all. It smells wonderful all the way from opening the jar to brewing it.The other two weren't quite as good but they were still excellent. At a $49.99 list price, this coffee is definitely on the expensive side. There are a number of other espresso beans offered on Amazon that are far cheaper than this set and are on par or close with these. At the moment, I wouldn't spend $50 for this trio of coffees but if $50 is within your budget for a coffee set like this and you like espresso beans I think you'll like this set a lot. In addition to the coffee being great, the packaging is quite nice too so it would make a great gift.

Good in a moka pot
I have tried these in a brewer and a moka pot and think they are better from the stove top moka pot. A good variety of coffees in the set and probably a good gift for someone who is on the look for a new espresso or coffee and uses a French press or moka pot. Each type is in an 8.8 oz can (like the Illy coffee) that has a pull tab opening under the lid.I chose the ground coffee over the whole bean just because I didn't want to experiment with the grind, and because the cans are small. The coffee is only slightly acidic and a bit on the bitter side -likely due to the roast more than anything. There is an underlying richness, most notable with the Rwandan which is my favorite. Overall, I think it is good, but overpriced at the asking (ranges $50 to $65 that I have seen) for a total of about 26oz of coffee.
