Definitely compresses but although more comfortable than my shock absorber run bra not as supportive when running, great for medium impact.

I really like this product, it's very pricey as the size goes up though. I made the mistake and purchased a size too small, so I'll be purchasing another at a later date.

This is the best sports bra ever for bigger cup sizes and I have tried many brands. It does the job without feeling like being wrapped in a ace bandage like most other plus size sports bras do. It is expensive, but worth it.

Better than most wire free bras. 38DD wearer and with a short rib cage, I can't wear this without a lot of bounce. Would have to downsize but the guessing game isn't worth it. Not good for running in. Got a minor heart issue so the compression causes awful headache. Might try this again in time. But not likely. Another bust.

This sports bra fit as expected. It is tight, as sports bras are supposed to be. It seems as though the quality of the sports bra is up to par. However, I knew after one tiny jump that this was not the high impact sports bra I was looking for. I would consider this a medium impact sports bra. I could never wear this comfortably to run or kick box or the like. I am returning it today. As of now, Enell is the only high impact sports bra I can wear without the threat of getting a black eye.
