Exactly as advertised
Everything came in as advertised, laptop has proven consistently reliable after more than a week of heavy use. Only issue is the battery which is struggling and has relatively short life, but that is a simple enough replacement otherwise.UPDATE: I have communicated with the seller (tekrefurbs) and they have since responded dealing with the one issue I had.

Very disappointed
I got this laptop for my husband in August 2023. The first couple of months this laptop was great, but now it’s not and of course everything happens after the return period. The computer doesn’t stay charged for any longer then 30 mins without the charger plugged in. so now my husband has to keep it on the charger, the audio on the laptop started to give out, and now it goes through a series of reboots before it decides to start up. I expected this to last longer than 6 months.

Works fast!
I absolutely love this laptop! Reasonable and lightweight. Has all the ports I need. At first, the camera/video app did not work, so in calling Amazon customer service, the rep lead me to the solution of a setting and it worked right away. Because I'm an author now, I need an up-to-date computer that does not slow down, freeze, or lag while typing using a template to format. It has served me well up to this point of publishing my 4th book and all the computer work required to do so. It's been fabulous and fast, both offline and online!

Nothing to dislike
I'm partial to Dell computers and laptops. I'm not a gamer nor a fan of touch screens. Aside from that, this L/T does not disappoint one iota. It has all the features I wanted and preforms flawlessly.Great product.

Bought this to put Linux Mint on it
Mint installed super easy. Had to shut off in BIOS the RAID support and choose AHCI instead since Raid is not supported. The new version of mint is as easy to use as Windows. The computer shipped worked without a hitch. Good battery. Computer is lite and sturdy,. I love the computers that Dell makes recently. This is a great choice.
