Happy!
Got this in a renewed condition, but everything works perfectly! Works as good as my old e80c. Also came with three pairs of Comply foams and everything that came along with the original set. Super happy. Five stars.

Mic not working
Opened the packing and found the earphones to be in good condition. Tested a few bass songs, and was impressed with quality. But as soon as I got on a call, found out that mic is not working. Ordered for replacement.Update after using for 7 monthsThe sound quality is good. However the mic quality is very poor. My work involves taking video calls, and people on the other side have always complained about lack of loudness and breaking voice (its not the internet, I tested with cheaper headphones too). Also after 7 months of usage, the cover is coming out and most of the internal wiring is exposed. Did not expect this to happen so soon. I would say, NEVER buying Soundmagic again.

the best earphone for LG g7 ...but missed comply tips.. but got it for 1500..still good deal..thanks...EDIT:Bought second one for 836with all accessories including comply foam tips... Its best deal ever...thank you Amazon and seller..EDIT:Bought 3rd one this time for 753...and all accessories included..working like new...loving it....hearty thanks to Amazon and seller...love you guys.

Great earphones but bad seller..
This is my second e80c and the quality of sound is great. Pair these with an external DAC or amp and the sound really comes alive around you.The one star or zero star is for the seller - STAR-MARK.. For selling a defective product. And for Amazon for rebranding a defective product as 'Amazon renewed'

As far as sound quality,its too goodThis will put a smile on your face while listeningThese ear buds are beast when u use it with dac'sIts built quality and the accessories provided with it are appreciable.Its a nice earphone without micYes the inbuilt mic is not upto the standard,in a calm atmosphere it wrks good but when it expose to noisy atmosphere it forgets what its meant to pick upIt has poor noice cancellation,apart from that its really good oneit will be best deal if u get it fr 3.5 to 4 k
