USDA Certified Natural Flour - 4 LBS - No Gums - All Purpose Rice Flour

We were pleased and surprised with the results we got from the pancake recipe on the packaging. We are not gluten averse, so we're not compelled to approach GF food products with resigned acceptance of the typically inferior outcome. We have often experienced inferior taste and texture and, unlike folks that are gluten intolerant, are free to practice avoidance moving forward. No need for avoidance with this flour. We thoroughly enjoyed our pancake breakfast - not because it replicated a typical preparation using wheat flour - but because it was a delicious pancake in its own right with rich, clean flavors and a satisfyingly light and toothsome texture. We will experiment with other uses when the need for flour pops up whether it's cookies, a roux, a tempura batter, etc. It will be top of mind if rice flour is in the recipe. If you can, be sure to purchase the Guar Gum companion product with the flour to optimize results.

This gluten free flour is the best. I have used it for a range of baking needs and it always works. Most recently I made the pancake recipe on the back of the flour packaging and hazelnut chocolate eclairs from a recipe shared on the Gluten Free Farina website. Both turned out great! (See photos.) I have never made eclairs before and was able to make a pastry that puffs up beautifully.If you are looking for a flour that's versatile and provides you with amazing texture, this is the right product for you. It's worth checking out their website for recipe ideas too. The posts are very informative which is helpful for a novice baker like myself.As a final note, I also purchased the Gluten Free Farina guar gum and it works great in combination with this flour. It's also nice to have the option of not including the gum as certain recipes wouldn't work properly if it was a permanent Ingredient in the flour (such as the eclairs).

Finally an ORGANIC gluten free flour. I no longer need to grind the flour myself in order to get an organic product. I just made these gluten free chocolate chip pound cake cupcakes using a recipe from the company's website and they are AMAZING!!! Perfect for breakfast or dessert if teamed up with a coconut oil based frosting.

No ingredients were listed on advertised product’s photos and description other than title which says it is rice flour. Marked only one star so people who have allergies such as I do can notice this review to see if this product is right for them.

This is a great blend of GF flours! I ended up using xanthan gum because I already had some in the pantry. I'm not sure where the other 1 star review was unclear on the gums/binders being included, but you do need to have something available.

I have not purchased yet but will. I sampled recipes made by a friend, and everything was outstanding. Light and delicious, not like typical gluten free cardboard texture.
