I love good fresh pineapple, but they can be messy to prepare! This device makes preparation easy if you have a good fresh ripe pineapple! But, no device will turn an underripe or overripe pineapple into a delicious treat!I do recommend that you place a tray under the pineapple to collect juices when you core and slice a good fresh pineapple.

This is a MUST HAVE kitchen utensil if anyone in your house eats pineapples! I was able to follow the instructions and from pulling it out of the box, rinsing off everything, pulling out cutting board, cutting off top of pineapple, then following instructions, storing chopped up pineapple, washing everything off, and putting everything away. All that took TEN MINUTES!!!! Start to finish! And that's reading instructions! This is a life changer since my kids LOVE pineapple! Super easy! I would suggest making sure you use a cutting board with liquid collectors on the edges so you don't make a mess with the juices. I love to drink the fresh juice. Live and learn though! So excited for the next use later this week!

It works really well but I prefer to cut my pineapple with a knife. The juice stays in the pieces.

I think I've done 3 product reviews ever, just not my thing. But I have to tell everyone about this product, it is made very well. I look forward to using it for many years. I always put off cutting up pineapples because it was just a "chore", have thrown many away due to putting off cutting it up. Let me tell you, I will be buying and cutting up fresh pineapple left and right now! This makes it so easy and quick! Plan on buying a couple as gifts.

I love this tool! It makes coring pineapples so easy. It’s sharp enough to just twist and turn down in the pineapple and brings the core right out then it cuts it at the same time. You just twist it around. I was afraid it would be difficult to turn but nope it’s not!! Now I buy fresh pineapple all the time.

This product works very well, you have to put some body weight down on it as you're turning it, but it is very easy to use. Cleaning is easy, I just rinse it well under very warm running water until the next time I do dishes; there are a few tiny bits of pineapple left on it sometimes after rinsing (in crevices), but they can be picked out easily with a fingernail. Good product, highly recommended.
