Didn't seem to make a difference for me and was so hoping it would. Was giving it time to work and didn't realize until it was too late that I had passed my return cut-off. Sometimes supplements take time to kick in, but this is a good lesson to mark down the date received and the return date when I receive supplements.

I gave a 5 star review few weeks ago just after I received the item which I have used it before. but ,the product has changed now. the new Divya mukta vati Extra Power is an absolute crap. It will never respond to normal dosage (1 to 2 tablets twice a day with milk) .It does control my blood pressure after taking 6- 8 a day. Also the product you receive does not come in the package shown.
