No explanation, directory, installation papers.It’s big minas….ask and need to sand separately, please.

Bonito reloj de buceo de 300m tiene un gran acabado, su peso y caracteristicas son acordes al fabricante, buena presentación, aunque no trae la caja que se muestra en las imagenes de venta de amazon, la caja es de madera y trae un estuche en piel que resguarda el reloj, la corona hay que desenroscarla para pasar a posicion A y B, los eslabones son de tornillo de castigadera, algo inusual en relojes, no trae manuales ni la garantia, pero registrando un usuario en la pagina oficial con el serial te la envian por correo, autenticando el reloj. El modelo no aparece en la pagina oficial pero te validan el serial como reloj genuino.

Doesn’t work! No instructions and can’t call Raymond Weil! Very disappointed!

Me gustó mucho el reloj, ya lo registre en la página de Raymond Weil, y me dieron certificado de autenticidad sin embargo tuve que cambiar la batería por una nueva 😆 con eso ya funcionó al 💯 👍🏻

The watch arrived broken. Sent it back straight away. Still waiting on refund. The watch looked genuine and if it was working I'd have been happy with it.Disappointed with Amazon. Quick enough to take the money but slow to refund when the item is faulty.

Nice watch. At first we had problems. The watch wasn't working properly. The watch was stopped after few hours. I reset the time, no problems after that.

Unfortunately I had to return the watch. I found it very difficult to adjust, in fact I took it to the Raymond Weil service centre that happens to be very near my home for help. Even with their very helpful instructions it was incredibly difficult to pull out the crown to the exact spot it needed to be to alter the date and or time. I also found the date aperture window to be very small and therefore hard to see the date. I quickly decided this wasn't the watch for me and was pleased that Chronostore kindly gave me a full refund.
