Megawise has excellent customer support. I received the product and had an operation issue. When I pushed the button, it didn't work correctly. I chatted with Megawise customer support, who gave me a solution in less than 24 hours. They requested a video of 10 to 15 seconds and sent me a new immersion hand blender. The new immersion hand blender is fantastic. Excellent customer support.

Writing reviews isn’t something I take lightly and I wanted to share what I have learned through the process of looking for a good hand mixer. To be clear, I was asked to write a review but these opinions are mine alone and were not purchased. I intended to write an honest review either way because of the complex nature of these products and it helps to know how people who have them already feel about their performance.I looked at big names first but was shocked at their pricing as I understand these are not the most durable products and have short lifespans if I’m to believe reviews. As it turns out, some are made better than others. I have a well known name brand stick blender already but wanted something to hang up on a cabinet for quick use and to make smoothies. I bought one similar to this for around the same cost but had to return it right away as the attachments were wagging like a dog tail from what appeared an abused gear box. I about gave up when I ran into this brand and noticed that people seemed to truly like it on both Amazon and YouTube. After watching video reviews I was convinced to give this another try and am glad I did. The comparison is like night and day when it comes to quality. This stick blender is nicely constructed, solid, and feels durable. The variable speed dial is lighted and clicks so you know it’s registering and the tools have a satisfying snap when they are in place, letting you know they are indeed attached and ready. No guessing. The mixer body is lightweight as are all of the tools.The tools are also well constructed, nothing has a cheap feel. Do they waggle like a dog tail? Truth is they waggle a little but I believe this is normal and not out of range of appropriate movement for a spinning metal shaft. The whisk is flexible but not made of cheap wire and I love that the two frothing pieces are more separated from one another than many on the market.Cleaning this mixer is a cinch! Of course you must not immerse the body or anything with gears and electronics but it’s easily wiped down with a damp cloth and the tools are easy to wash in a tub of soapy water with marginal effort. I personally like filling the thick plastic cup which is included with warm soapy water and giving the tool a quick whoosh which removes all food which might have worked further into the blade shroud or blade backs. Same goes for the frothing tool. The whisk is easier to swish in warm soapy water and rinse. I don’t allow anything to dry on the tools and so this helps.The chopper is great! This part is designed for simplicity. The blade pops right out and the only thing left inside is a single pin in the center. Nothing gets in the way of cleaning this part and it’s solidly made. The motor is powerful enough to run it easily and does a good job.My over all opinion of this hand mixer is that it’s an amazing kitchen tool at a great price point. The warranty is a full 3 years as long as you register your mixer within 7 days of purchase. Impressive! It’s great to see a company backing their product beyond the typical 1 year, this shows confidence in it.Anything bad? The only thing I’d have liked would be protection for my Anolon nonstick pans. A protective nylon attachment would have been nice. My brand name stick blender has one and I noticed higher end stick blenders have silicone at the bottom of the blade bell. Speaking of the blade bell, this one is sharp and could have used deburring as it’s uncomfortable to the touch. These things aren’t deal breakers but would have made this product more professional and convenient to use.

I am completely satisfied with this purchase. It sat in the cupboard for over a year before I used it. I had no idea what I was missing. I was able to get rid of my blender and mini food processor. Clean up is truly a breeze. Buy with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

The motor on this thing is literally strong enough that if you don't hold tight of what you're blending it could get thrown 5ft away! BUT...the power buttons (esp the low in my case) are pretty weak. Once a piece of frozen mango (that I admit was too big) got caught for a split second while I was holding the low power button. Now that switch only sporadically works and has a really weak contact.Long/short is - it's kind of like a putting a flat top Ford V-8 into a Model T. But I think overall it's a damn good deal.Just make sure any frozen fruit is cut down small enough (about the size of a blueberry would be safe. 1/2-3/4" should work (aka ~12-18mm))

The media could not be loaded.  I got this blender mainly for a quick tool to chop nuts for a break fast toppings and to make smoothies. As you'll see in my video, it performed wonderfully! I used the tall beaker (for smoothies) when chopping the nuts but it would've gone quicker if I had used a wider bowl to spread them out. This little tool was so powerful it would've turned the chopped nuts into nut butter if I had kept on going, I did see this inside of the chopping blade! It made quick work of the nuts (roasted almonds and pumpkin seeds) and you are in control of how finely you want them chopped. Passed my first test with flying colors. The second reason I bought this was to make fruit smoothies (and top them with nuts). I used quartered strawberries, sliced bananas and some oat milk. I piled them all up high but next time I would do them a little at a time to make it easier. Regardless, once I was able to get down toward the fluid, this blender was excellent in pureeing the fruit and mixing it in with the milk. In the video you can see where I added more milk and whipped it up some more. A+ on that job! I will no longer be using my massive blender for single serve smoothies, the best part is you can drink it right out of the beaker. Clean up is a breeze! I decided to try chopping some onions as well to see if I could retire my larger chopper. The chopping container handled a full size onion with no issues and chopped it up in no time! I wanted a course chop however you can keep going for a more pasty consistency if needed. This was great as it spared me the usual teary eyes and did it in seconds while the clean up once again was as simple as could be. This beat my usual processor for ease of use. I've never had a milk frother before so I thought I would try that as one final test. It frothed a small quantity of heated milk in seconds and I used it for a quick "instant cappuccino". I didn't get a chance to use the beater in the video however I used it for breakfast the day after and it worked wonderfully. Again, the simple cleanup was a winner. I was easily able to replace a grinder, mixer, processor and electric whisk with this single tool! I am very happy with the utility of this blender as well as the build quality. It has a nice well weighted and balanced feel to it with easy access to the speed control knob and buttons. I'm very happy with this purchase and from the initial use and feel, I'm confident this will last me a while and I have a single tool to replace the several I used to use!

Blender is only 400w but the company reached put and offered to send me another one for free, can't complain about that!

Before I used the blender in my food I let it operate in a bowl of water—I wanted to make sure that no metal or plastic flakes came off during operation of the appliance. At the end of my test the water was clean.I like making soups and sauces. I made a huge pot of spaghetti sauce, full of meat and veggies. When my sauce had finished cooking I wanted to use the blender to just make the ingredients a little finer so the sauce would be a bit smoother. So this was a very thick and chunky thing to test the blender on, and it worked perfectly—quickly and powerfully. Powerfully, as in I don’t think the blender “noticed” that I’d placed it into a huge pot of heavy ingredients.It was super easy to clean and it is a nice looking unit. I purchased the dark red colour—it is really lovely.

My new immersion blender came promptly. I used it to smooth out my tomato sauce. It is very powerful. I also like the stainless steel blade. It is a bit heavy but that is not a problem for me,yet!

Was missing parts when first sent. Customer service was exceptional in getting a replacement unit out. I'm very happy with the blender.
