The adhesion strips on the back of the lights are very good and stick instantly and hold very well! The lights themselves are bright but not too overly bright and the colors are nice and vibrant. Only issue is that I had bought 2 light strips to use and wouldn't have minded using the separate remotes to control them but since they both operate off of RF frequency they will instantly turn on and off with a single remote. Again not a big deal but still an issue.

We brought this down to our home in St. M and just installed it a few nights ago. My expectations were probably greater than my wife’s thoughts but we were hopeful this would enhance our wall mounted replacement for our TV which was lost in Irma. Have to say, this already seems a great purchase! IN all candor, we haven’t made adjustments of any import to brightness or color, but the overall change in the evening is quite pleasing.The backlight reduces eye strain and enhances the look of the screen which is sits on a reticulated wall mount. I am skeptical that the adhesion will last, especially in our tropical environment, but with careful application, I was able to get it to adhere to our Samsung but the adhesion is far from something I would consider capable of outliving the television’s life as the product’s instruction suggests. If the lights are operational and in place in a year I will gladly upgrade this to a 5 star review.Without question, the concept is terrific and the effect far surpasses the cost. I do recommend buying the length appropriate for your television. While cutting the LEDs is trivial, lacking a complete rectangular area will be a frustration.

I searched long and hard for led back lighting for a 65 inch Samsung ks8000 TV. Nothing comes close to the amount of length you get for the small amount of money you pay. This does not include a remote but that's probably a good thing (they tend to break first or get misplaced). It comes with 3 built in buttons along the length of the wire to change color, dimmness, mode (flashing or solid). The adhesive tape is very good and the LEDs won't fall off. You can carefully bend the strip to make 90 degree turn (use common sense). LEDs are very bright. Make sure your tv USB can supply 1A 5v or you might need a separate charger to power the led or keep it at a dimmer setting. Samsung KS8000 can definitely power this led strip. If you're buying this for a 65 inch TV, you won't be able to place it at edge of the tv and get coverage at the bottom. If you place the led about 8 inches from the edge, there is enough length for full coverage of the rear of the tv. The lighting will still look good with no gaps. The seller also stand behind their product so definitely buy with confidence and contact them (if they don't contact you first) with any problems.

Exactly what I was looking for! It's a short strip, but that's what I needed. The price is really good for what it is and comes with a controller. It was sufficiently bright, could light up most of my room. It only has a few colors, but with a ton of lighting modes (including a spectrum effect), I never felt held back. Worked fine for 6 whole months of use, until it just stopped turning on. It's a little disappointing but for the money, I don't see an issue. I am currently purchasing a new one to replace the old one, that is how much I recommend this product.

I love these lights. We're finishing up remodeling our living room and these add a great touch.They don't come with a remote but that's a plus because it's one less remote to lose. The lights turn on when the TV is on and off when it's turned off. You can adjust them to whatever color you want and in low light they give the room a really great look. I only bought them because I thought they'd look good, but they actually do seem to reduce eye strain when we watch movies.We have a 65 inch screen and there was more than enough to go across the top and down both sides with maybe a foot or so to spare. We cleaned the plastic part of the TV where the lights were going with a small amount of rubbing alcohol and there's been no problem with them staying where we put them. It took maybe 10 minutes total from start to finish. I'd like to get some more for the bedroom TV.

If you're looking for static lighting, these are solid. The modes are unreliable and inconsistent. After ordering countless other brands of bias lighting, I can safely say that these lights do what they're supposed to in regards to functionality for static lighting (solid, non-changing color). The only issues I have with these is the lack of color options, the somewhat lackluster saturation of the colors, and inconsistent modes/speeds. While all other LED strips I've ordered have stopped working with the first 48 hours, they've all had beautiful colors with far more static color options and consistent modes and speeds when using multiple strips. The colors on these are relatively faded and washed out, and there are only seven color options including white. As far as the modes go, they're pretty disappointing. Having two sets of these lights right next to each other, they don't sync perfectly on the timing. One is far slower than the other and no speed adjustment will fix the issue. I have just ordered another two sets of these lights to complete the lighting in my office, so I do like the product and recommend this bias lighting, but I also wish there were more vibrant color options and that the modes were more consistent.

Lights delivered and arrived as promised and advertised. I removed the TV from its mount so as to thoroughly clean the back of it and get a good install. The lights adhered really well but were a tad forgiving and did come off when I needed to realign them.I found it better to plug the set into the USB and start the process from there as opposed to how some suggested starting from the middle of the strand and at the top middle of the TV. I installed them on a 55" LG. The light string was easy to cut to size.Remote woks well with the receiver being behind TV. My walls are a dark tan / light brown color and the white looks best to me but needed to be dimmed a bit when room is dark.Definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market for such lighting.
