This is recommended by an endocrinologist. Will need to see lab work in a few weeks to see how well it works. Vit d takes a while to get numbers up so give it time.

I have a vitamin D deficiency and my joints have began to ache. I have experienced some improvement with these health issues and like having to take this vitamin once weekly. The wafer has a very pleasant taste, as well.I highly recommend this product.

I prefer the flavor of this one over others. I also like the weekly version, as a simpler solution - no need for daily.
