Easy to set up, decent food capacity, works reliably. I set this up a few days before I left to ensure it worked well before going on a week long trip and it did. I’m happy, my turtle is happy. I ordered this Automatic fish feeder because we are going on a 4 days vacation so I started looking for an automatic fish feeder and this product caught my attention because I need a fish feeder that I can stick on top of the cover of my aquarium with a small window for feeding the fish. I did test the feeder right away, I read some info from the manual and I did learned to setup the timer and frequency of feeding right away, controls and operations are easy to learn, the timer are also very accurate, It's gonna be a few days before we left so I can still test this feeder for a few days but for now this automatic feeder is working okay.

I bought three and have had them running for nearly a month now on 3 different tanks. 2 I’ve setup with them just stuck to the lids and one with the included rail. It took a bit of trial and error to initially set up due to the timing and confusion with the buttons. Instructions were easy enough to follow but i went to youtube and found it easier to follow. Food has to be relatively the same size and if thats a problem i found crushing it up works best. Do lots of tests outside the tank first so as not to pollute the water. Be careful to hold the flap closed when removing to refill as food easily spills out of the flap. Every week or so i remove the canister and shake the food to the front, as with all the rotations it does gradually make its way to the back. Testing has been great and with my uo and coming 5 day holiday away I have piece of mind all my fish will be fine. Definitely worth the purchase , oh and battery is sooooo long.

Although this is bigger than what you expect it works perfectly (we use flakes). Things I particularly liked about this product:- as our tank has a covered lid with the lights attached, you can detach the clip and rest it on the tank lid so the dispenser drops into the gap where we put the food in normally.- you can program it to disperse food up to four times a day with multiple rotations.- it has a battery display so you can see when it needs charging.- food dispenser is easy to refill.

You cannot set it to feed once during the day until it’s 00:00 (midnight) when your aquarium lights are off. Anyway takes a bit of time to get used to. Practice feeding first before actually using it in tank. But it did the trick
