InCase stands behind their product... for some unknown reason, after three months, the poly-carbonate plastic cracked on the top corner... Amazon would not honor a return, but the InCase did. I contacted them via email, submitted my Amazon Receipt and photos of the damage... They immediately shipped me out a replacement. Incase is the best!

Update: I was sent a new case and this time it was actually new. It looks great on, fits great, and it'll be a great scratch protector. ____________________________________________ The case arrived with scratches straight out of the box, which was disappointing for a product that was supposed to be brand new. I uploaded photos so you can see the condition it came in. The case itself seems sturdy and would probably do the job, but receiving it damaged makes it hard to judge fairly. I’d prefer a replacement since the design is nice and fits my laptop. Hopefully the seller can address this issue, because right now it feels like I paid for something second hand.

I have had several friends who use Incase, so when I got my new MacBook, I thought I would try them out. The case I got felt like it was barely hanging onto the laptop and would snap off when I picked it up while open. I didn’t like that, so I returned it and went with a different case. The part where your wrists rest were also very sharp and uncomfortable. The design was great and I like the look of it, but just wasn’t impressed with the quality.

Thought it fit my 16 M4 Max well. After looking closely, the plastic seems to be “bending” the edges of my screen upwards. This is a common issue with MacBook cases. Thought with this case I wouldn’t have this issue, but I do. It also started cracking on the edges. It goes from desk to desk, never dropped so disappointed in that aspect.

Perfect fit, good quality, reasonable price. I definitely recommend it for people who use their laptop when moving around or travelling.

Don’t buy this case from Amazon if you want a NEW product! It’s sold as NEW but I got a USED and DIRTY case twice! Both cases I got were already opened and the second one even had some hairs and dirty fingerprints on it! The case itself looks good but in my case they both had a bit of wiggle room in both front corners causing the case to come of as soon as you pick up your MacBook Pro. This was probably the reason the cases got returned. I’m sure there are specimens that do fit well, but in my case (no pun intended) both cases did not. I will not order this case at Amazon again.

Beau protège mac mais un peu cher pour une protection en plastique. Attention cela donne un peu de poids a l'ordi et a l'écran qui se referme plus facilement

Die Hülle ist ganz ok. Sie hält - hat aber doch ein bischen Spiel. Einige Halterungen an der Bodenplatte sind bereits abgebrochen, da das Notebook aber meist auf dem Tisch steht stört es wenig - sollte jedoch nicht sein. Hab die Hülle mittlerweile seit etwas über 2 Jahre im Einsatz
